The Kensington Police department is located on Arlington Avenue, near the downtown strip of Kensington proper. The Kensington Police Protection and Community Services District is governed by five District Directors. This police department is located in the same building as the Kensington Fire Department. The office is extremely accessible and Kensington residents walk by, say hi and wave on a daily basis.
