History
Kelly Jacobson Yoga began when Kelly saw a need for inclusive yoga for children with and without special needs. She began an inclusive children's yoga class, and from there received a Yoga Therapy certification. She taught all styles of yoga for women and men, and eventually fell in love with restorative, gentle, healing yoga. She uses these techniques in her private sessions, along with Ayurveda and Psychology counseling techniques she gained from her BA in Psychology. She now uses gentle massage, guided yoga poses, and meditation practices to better serve her clients. Throughout all this, when Kelly became a mother, she saw the need for all mothers, no matter their mothering style, to feel loved, accepted and supported. She is passionate about pregnancy and mothering and hopes to bring love and support to all the individuals she works with, whether it be a mother, a child or a human in need of calming relaxation.

Kelly Jacobson Yoga offers more than just yoga. With over 900hrs in Yoga and Ayurveda certifications and a BA in Psychology, Kelly runs an integrated Yoga Therapy/healing business providing one on one joyful sessions through person-specific care. All ages are treated with gentle, restorative and exceptional care. Gentle (vedic) massage, weight loss help, pain management, anxiety tools & insomnia tricks are just a few examples of what to expect in a healing session. Kelly uses a mixture of Ayurveda, yoga and psychology when working with clients. This combo of Western and Eastern healing techniques are especially great for pregnancy, mothers & kids. A personality quiz (Dosha test) will be given before each session. This assists in individualized care. Some clients prefer massage, others prefer yoga poses to ease body and/or mental pain, while others enjoy relaxing quietly with guided mediatation. Children enjoy yoga sensory play, relaxation games and calming tools to use at home.
