History
Grounded in traditional psychology, I have worked as a professional therapist in clinics, groups and private practice. I have trained and supervised therapists, and have personally been in therapy with truly gifted therapists. My training began in the mid-1970s and was awarded a Masters Degree in Guidance and Counseling by California State University at Northridge. My internship for licensing allowed me to experience broad spectrum of issues in a variety of settings with individuals, couples and families. I obtained full licensure in 1980 by the State of California to practice as a Marriage, Family Therapist. After traditional training I began to explore other orientations to healing. I studied Jung's work with dreams, mythology and archetypes under Hal Stone, Ph.D. I learned his consciousness technique of Voice Dialogue and became a teacher of that technique. Further exploration led me to integrating the body into psychological healing through studies with Jack Rosenberg, Ph.D
