Providing LGBTQ Affirmative therapy in the Los Angeles area. Focus on issues related to anxiety/depression/relationship conflict. In the short-term model, we collaboratively target one goal by examining how your thoughts and feelings may be interfering with your daily life. In this model, I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral and Solution-Focused Therapy. For more comprehensive therapy, we’ll pay special attention to creating a rich and nurturing therapeutic relationship. This sense of safety creates space for you to more deeply name and understand your past experiences and how they affect you now. With this understanding, we’ll illuminate your values and use them to re-author your story and shape the life you want to lead.
