Hi, I am Julia. I am a movement teacher and a healthy eating coach. I teach Vinyasa Yoga, Yin Yang Yoga, Yoga Nidra and Pilates. I studied macrobiotic nutrition, fitness nutrition, Yoga and Pilates. I teach people how to move their body and their mind as well. Nowhere is more sacred than our body and I teach people how to use it well and creatively.
