History
After passing the state bar examination in 1976, I was offered office space a a good rent by Lada Marx, Fullerton lawyer. People began calling me for divorces, officially called dissolution of marriage. In 1986, Mildred Daley Pagelow became a mediator in addition to her Ph.D. in sociology. She invited me to be her attorney-consultant. I liked the mediation process, so I began taking mediation training, now totaling over 100 hours. I gave up litigation entirely a few years later.
