Family owned and operated.... Jordan Management Co. is a owned and operated by the daughter of the founder Mr. Steve Jordan. He founded the company over 35 years ago in Sacramento, California. His original purpose for building apartments and offering rental housing management was to provide affordable housing for seniors and families, create long term management jobs for our employees and preserve the assets of our clients and partners. Today Jordan Management Co. manages HUD subsidized apartments, Tax Credit Properties and conventional apartment building investments in Northern California.
