Established in 2016 in the small city of Wilmington,Ca, by the Port of LA. We smoked our premium meats low and slow and overnight to ge it right.

This was f*cking delicious. He keeps the mac and cheese in the smoker to keep it warm so its got a really nice smokiness to it. Brisket was so mfing tender that sh*t was falling apart. Incredible....

Number not in service never at location when is said to be and leaves early most times . I'll pull up and seem just the tent up and thing being put away at 2pm

Ordered ribs and brisket combo.. I did enjoy the spicy bbq sauce but felt the meats were not seasoned enough. Probably wouldn't eat there again..
