JMP Fitness and Performance was started in March 2011 to meet the needs of the over-charged and under-serviced personal training and fitness clients living in San Diego County. I was tired of the corporate gyms and the unqualified personal trainers working at them. They charge a lot and the trainers don't get results. There is a better way! We provide affordable, effective and life-long fitness to our clients, and are changing the way fitness is achieved in San Diego County.

Custom Training Program - personalized fitness program designed around your goals, your current fitness level and your training experience. Nutrition - a simple, step by step, habit -based healthy eating program you can use for the rest of your life. Hour Long Sessions - complete workout in only 60 minutes. Convenient Schedule - morning, afternoon or evening sessions available. Flexible Re-scheduling and Cancellation Policy - cancel or re-schedule your session at the last minute if you need to. Fun Family Atmosphere - supportive group of clients who are there to have fun and work hard. Safe and Effective - proven exercises that are expertly coached to minimize risk of injury and maximize results.
