Hi, I am the owner of this company and I would like to tell any potential customers that I have actually received several positive reviews on Yelp. Some reviews have come from first time users, some have come from people that have reviewed other businesses on Yelp. But for some reason, which they say is based on some kind of algorithm, none of the positive reviews were allowed to remain. The only review that was allowed to remain was from the one person who felt that she had a bad experience. This person is entitled to her opinion, why aren't the others? Unfortunately, I am not the only business who suffers from this unfair practice. I have been told by Yelp that there is nothing they can do about it and offered no advise as to how customers could get their reviews to stay. I just wanted to point this out as it is not a true representation of the service that our customers have received. Thank you if you took the time to read my note. Update; Since I wrote this yesterday (and it was taken down so I am re-posting), two old reviews have mysteriously reappeared. Let's see if we can get all of them back. question: Do you think an algorithm brought the reviews back?
