Jenny's Cakes is based in an architect-designed bakery, in Crossford in the Clyde Valley. The Bakery was constructed for Jenny in 1986 from the ruins of the village blacksmith's shop, and was redesigned specifically for Wedding Cake production. Bakery Facilities- A major feature of the Bakery is the professional three-deck low-crown oven unit, shown in the photo here. These ovens allow precise control of the baking process, and the insulation and venting systems ensure that both rich fruit cakes and sponges are beautifully moist, and evenly baked. The bakery is also fitted with quality mixers and stainless steel working tables, and a high-level cake decorating unit. In addition, there is a two permanent Wedding Cake display units, and a store-room with drying cupboards. We have all the facilities you would expect from a professional business, ensuring that your wedding cake will be truly exceptional.
