Seaside Villa is an apartment complex for men and women over the age of 62. It is located at the heart of Redondo Beach, next to the police station, Redondo Beach's library and the beautiful arts center. It is also a mere two blocks from the pier and ocean. The rentals are spacious one-bedroom apartments, which offer gas cooking, refrigerators, garbage disposals, carpeting, ceiling fans, blinds, balconies, on site laundry and gated parking.
