We have been proud to be at the Barstow Station over 3 years! What a world famous location, so full of history!

Deli style jerky served FRESH! We specialize in Brisket beef jerky, soft tender it melts in your mouth. All natural ingredients, marinated for 24 hours, made in small batches. Our brisket can not be beat! And is Gulden free. Plus other jerky's like Buffalo, Venison, and Wild Boar. Plus for the crazy one's, Fire in the Hole Ghost peppered jerky. Come in for a FREE sample!
