History
The restaurant industry and the catering business has allowed Chef JC to experiment and perfect his craft while patiently planning his dream of opening his own restaurant. JC and his wife Marcela put down roots in San Bruno where they are raising their son, Diego. When a location became available on San Mateo Ave, JC jumped on it and JC Bruno was born. The perfect combination of JC's classic French training, California cuisine experience, and Peruvian heritage make for a dining experience that San Bruno has never had to offer.
