Saute Culinary Academy offers classes to cooks at all levels of skill and experience. Classes are usually three hours long and focus on different culinary subjects and styles. Examples include Basic Knife Skills, Sushi, Salad Creations, holiday Party Foods, Basic Vegetarian Cooking and Cake Decorating. All classes are hands-on. Students can attend one class or many. Children's classes are also available and run for two hours. Additional services offered at Saute include private parties, team-building events, kitchen rentals, catering, product development and cake decorating and design.
