The Palo Alto Medical Clinic's Health Education Center is the place to get any and all medical or health questions answered. The resource center, located on the second floor, is a free source of medical information that is open to the public. The education center, located on the third floor, hosts classes, lectures, and support groups on topics ranging from prenatal preparation to stress reduction and diabetes management. The Center emphasizes providing options rather than giving advice. It considers patients to be part of the team and will work to help the patients know and understand all of their options with balanced and realistic information. The staff is incredibly friendly, knowledgable, and more than willing to answer and address any inquiries or concerns.
