Murdock Plaza is the 17-story red brick facade office building at the corner of Wilshire Boulevard and Westwood Boulevard. The building is named after billionaire and developer David H. Murdock, who completed the building in the early 80's with designs by architect Arnold Savrann and Langdon & Wilson Architects. The building features high ceilings and bay windows with views of the surrounding city, mountains and ocean. Amenities include 24-hour security and valet parking. Comerica Bank and Union Bank both have branches on the first floor. Also notable about the building is The Regency Club, a private dining club that was one of the first in Los Angeles to admit women as members. The building is owned and managed on-site by Indivest, Inc.
