After working in the vegan baking arena for a few years, Rachael decided to strike out on her own and started Idle Hands Baking Company in the summer of 2008. From the beginning, Idle Hands has committed to using only real ingredients: sustainable, organic, and sourced as locally as possible, as well as rising to the challenge of creating allergen-free treats whenever possible. At this time, Idle Hands is made-to-order only, but keep your eyes peeled at fairs and festivals in the greater SF Bay Area!
