HistoryWarm House Montessori School is a privately licensed Montessori preschool located in the SF Mission District.The school opened its doors in December of 2004 after relocating from the Forest Hill Montessori School (1998, 2002-2004) and the Ocean View Montessori School (1999-2002). The desire to provide a Montessori preschool in the Mission District fueled the return to my family home and with the encouragement of many mentors collective measures took place to realize this goal. Warm House Montessori School has evolved through the years and it currently serves students ages 3 to 5 years. The school philosophy remains consistent, as the programming successfully balances elements of fluency and structure within a diverse child-centered environment. The school directress works closely with families and community members to ensure facilitation, guidance and advocacy. The school provides an intimate setting with a capacity of 6-8 students per day, allowing for focused attention and guidance.
