We remember our grandmothers (or obachan, as we called them), making traditional Japanese sweets like mochi, sata tempura, or wagashi for us to eat when we were young. Growing up, our parents had a bakery that offered mainly Peruvian style sweets and breads. Now, we bring the best of both worlds to you so that you can experience this indulgent fusion!
