Heritage Christian School caters to children from preschool age to grade 12. In addition to the core curriculum, the school participates in spelling, speech, music, art, math and science competitions. A variety of field trips are offered, including the fourth-grade California history trip and the Washington D.C. field trip for older children. Grades 9-12 are offered as independent study monitored by the high school director. The school also offers before- and after-school care.

What kind of Sports program do you offer?
We offer Team Athletics in grades 5-12. We participate in the competitive TriWay League in grades 5-8. Student enrollment determines the sports we compete in, both in the TriWay League and CIF.
What is the dress code?
We have school uniform requirements for all students.

What kind of field trips do the students go on?
Each student has an incredible opportunity to attend a variety of exciting field trips. Each class has a schedule of perspective field trips that will truly enhance their school experience. Field trips such as, the 4th grade California History field trip and the highly respected Washington D.C. Trip are sure to be highlights for each child.
What kind of Student Activities are offered?
A multitude of Student Activities are available to each child. As a member of ACSI we participate in school and regional Spelling, Speech, Music, Art, Math and Science competitions. Leadership opportunities such as Student Council, Christian Service, etc. are offered.

What does the curriculum consist of?
Our textbooks are a combination of Christian i.e. Bob Jones, Abeka, ACSI, and traditional textbooks, i.e. Prentice Hall, Houghton Mifflin, Harcourt Brace. In addition, and most importantly, the Bible is integrated throughout the curriculum.
What kind of requirements are there for fundraising?
Raising funds for our school is essential, however, there are no requirements.
What is offered in the way of Technology?
Our overall school program has an emphasis on Technology. We begin with innovative programs in our 1st - 6th computer labs and a personal lap top program in 7th and 8th grade.
