Karate classes are for everyone especially if you like having fun. I been working with kids and adults of all ages for over 12 years and my number #1 rule is to make the students laugh at least 10 times in every class. Every class the students work more on the fundamentals of harmony between mind, body and spirit. The meaning and importance of respect is a theme in every class. Through martial arts kids and adults learn a form of self-defense, philosophy and physical conditioning with an emphasis on reflex development, timing, eye-hand coordination, balance and a sense of well-being. Basic skills, forms and sparring drills will be stressed equally to offer students balanced training.
