History
Haddad Training officially went into studios in January of 2015. After several years working in a corporate gym, Steph took her talents to the private studio setting. Wanting to invest more time in her clients and class members, she sets aside specific times for recurring classes and provides free online content for her people and those interested in becoming more fit. Steph has a personal history of a lot of injuries (and has a story for each one) that has made her highly aware of form and its function to create the best movements and the best results, always moving towards being pain free and always having a good sense of humor about it, instilling a serious but light-hearted approach to help clients feel at ease with where they are physically and instills the motivation to keep pushing forward towards their goals, be it weight loss, muscle strengthening, or relieving stress.

Haddad Training specializes in helping you get better. That can mean faster, stronger, leaner, or Steph's personal favorite, be in less pain. Be the better version of you that keeps nagging you when you're out of breath from taking the stairs, sneaking up on you when you see pictures of yourself and not remembering looking that way.
