Business began over 30 years ago as a collaboration effort by a group of brothers - Daniel, Mauricio, Orlando, & Alfredo Chavez. Daniel specializes in plumbing, painting & electrical, Mauricio is an expert wood worker & carpenter, Orlando is an active landscaper & Alfredo is an expert in framing. Some notable projects completed have included the renovation of a Hollywood Landmark, Jane's House, known as the last surviving Victorian Cottage on Hollywood Blvd., currently a restaurant & lounge & a large scale remodeling project on both the Malibu Beach home & Hollywood Hills home of Producer/Writer David Jacobs. Today, all brothers, with the addition of Daniel's son, Andy Chavez, continue to collaborate on projects in & around the Los Angeles area.
