Greenleaf Gourmet Chopshop offers a healthy, organic alternative to many of the fast-casual spots for breakfast and lunch in Century City. After opening the first location in Beverly Hills in 2008, Chefs Jonathan Rollo and Kristi Ritchey opened this location two years later. Menu items are made daily using fresh, organic, locally-grown products. Unique dishes here include quinoa salad, baked sweet potato fries, green lentils, green beans with shallots and Israeli couscous salad. Greenleaf's signature lettuce cups are served with chicken, tofu, steak, salmon or ahi tuna. Many salads are available to order, or customers can create their own with a variety of ingredients. Sandwich and panini choices include BBQ chicken, chicken salad, turkey burger, grilled cheese, tuna salad, turkey and grilled veggie.
