Goodwill is a non-profit that provides workforce development programs for people in need or with disabilities. Aside from work training, supported employment and life-skills training, Goodwill has a fund of over $5 million dedicated to its subsidized employment program. This will both help give jobs to those in need of work and provide companies with additional employees. Goodwill retail stores sell donated clothes and goods. The stores both add to Goodwill's funds and provide retail training and job experience to employees.
