This scenic, city-owned marina is located on the Coronado end of the Silver Strand causeway. Nestled into Glorietta Bay's calm waters adjacent to the Coronado Yacht Club, the marina allows visitors to enjoy views of magnificent vessels with landscapes of mainland San Diego as a backdrop. On land is the main building with facilities including showers, restrooms and a laundry room. The marina house sits along a promenade which stretches from the marina up to the yacht club. The promenade was renovated in 2009 and is home to picture murals created by a local artist as a tribute to the history of Coronado. On the water, two gangways lead to a network of 100 slips ranging in sizes from 20 - 110 feet and serving as home to marine vessels of all types. The marina welcomes guests and also offers permanent rental of slips, but availability may be limited. Contact the office directly for more details.
