Gio's Baguettes and more was a dream born on a Paris street on a spring evening in 1997. While sipping on latte at a French Bakery Cafe, the founder realized he can move this quaint piece of Paris to Montrose. The all-natural dough for Gio's baguettes and pastries are imported from France. No preservatives, additives, artificial flavors, or food coloring are used at Gio's. Our bread and pastries are baked daily, and we use only garden fresh California vegetables.
