It also does highlights, perms and straightening. There is also a manicurist on duty offering manicure and pedicure nail treatments. It does acrylic, wraps and styling. One of Nelly’s special treatments is a Brazilian Blowout, which is a new method of achieving silky smooth hair without frizz or braiding.
