Help One Child is a non-profit outreach group dedicated to helping children find foster homes in Santa Clara and San Mateo counties. The ministry recruits foster parents and volunteers to help and trains network families with parenting classes. It also offers "Camp Connection" to bring together foster and adoptive families and "Parent Child Connection," to provide support for the new relationships. The facilities are located at the Union Presbyterian Church, which donates the space for the program. Help One Child's mission is: "to recruit, train and support married couples or single adults willing to provide a home or volunteer services for foster children."
