Multiple District 4 represents Lions organization in 15 Sub-Districts within the State of California and an Administrative Office in Santa Barbara, California. MD4 is governed by the District Governors and Vice District Governors from these Districts and is known as the Council of Governors. The Council Chairperson is elected from the preceding year District Governors. We Serve: Since 1917, Lions clubs have offered people the opportunity to give something back to their communities.
