Residential Brokerage was started in response to the changing real estate market in 2005. I had my Brokers License and decided it was time to put it to use. No-one knows with certainty what the economy will bring, but everyone needs to make projections. At that time the market was beginning to decline. I opened Residential Brokerage to reduce costs, but that was just the beginning. I've found that I love running my own business and making the key decisions that benefit my clients. The goal is to ensure their satisfaction with the services provided from the beginning of the transaction to the end.
Specialties
I specialize in Single Family Homes, Land, and Residential Investment Properties. I live in Granite Bay, know it well, and offer unique insights into it's Neighborhoods and surrounding Communities. Most of my business comes from past client referrals, so I'm new to Yelp. I treat every client like family and develop friendships that last far past the closing of escrow. I am always reachable to help clients at the time of their home Sale or Purchase, and beyond. I want my clients to feel connected and provided with all the information they need. I stay in touch via text, phone and email. For Real Estate Sellers: I provide a Comparative Market Analysis that approaches valuation from several directions when determining the Fair Market Value of their home. When ready to sell, I provide services to insure the home is ready to be shown, and sold. It will be staged (if needed), professionally photographed, and expertly marketed.
