This company has been operated in San Diego for over 30 years. I recently purchased the business from its original owners. They managed large groups of properties and facilitated sales of properties for both buyers and sellers. I drew upon the years of experience that they brought to the business,using this to learn the aspects of real estate. I obtained my agent license 2 and half years ago and took over the entire property management group. During this time I also completed sales listings for Gem Realty. This year I obtained my brokers license and bought the business. My most proud achievement came when all of the current clients/property owners re-signed new contracts with me upon purchase. thank you
