We focus on three critical areas of family and the law: Immigration; Estate Planning; and Probate. Each of these areas presents unique challenges to families. Our estate plans include Asset Protection Trusts as well as Living Trusts, Power of Attorneys, Medical Directives, Wills and Trust administration When a family member has passed, our probate services include filing a probate petition, closing probate and probate disputes.
