Unfortunately, once you are in possesion of our linens and glassware, we cannot give a refund, as there are service charges that are associated with cleaning them, but if you would like to return an item on the date of delivery, upon inspection, we will consider a refund. If you are unhappy with anything, let us know! We always want to make it right.
