At Future Fitness it's all about making your body functional so you may enjoy your life with energy and enthusiasm. We are a private training facility that is by appointment only! With a fitness instructor you will be paced through the program that will help you achieve your goals . Exercising for as little as 15 minutes daily can prevent diabetes and obesity. For over 30 years I have been training people of all fitness levels and abilities - from unconditioned beginners to trained athletes. My goal is to create an enjoyable program that you will want to stick with. From ages 12 years old to 90 years of age .Once you make exercise and fitness a part of your life, you'll begin to see all the benefits that carry over into the other areas of your life.
