We are the premiere sausage maker in Redding. I make 16 different kinds of sausage. All ingredients and seasonings added are individual and not out of a package with a bunch of fillers and names you can't pronounce.We use fresh basil, parsley, garlic, Romano, Asiago and Parisian, onions and many other fresh ingredients. We purchase the meat for our products locally from a federally inspected butcher. Most commercial sausage is 25-30% fat. Joe Furnari creates sausage which does not exceed 20%. This achieves the quality one would expect of a premium grade sausage. Our sausage is made locally in a commercial kitchen to which Nonna has personally given her stamp of approval. Our delicacies can be purchased in the shop or we will deliver special orders directly to your door via UPS. We guarantee your satisfaction or we will replace the item or refund your money.
