History
After 35 years of experience in the food industry, Rosa decided to open her own business and founded Funes Mexican Food. In her youth, she helped to operate her family's business in El Salvador. After marrying her husband, she became interested in Yucatecan food. With the support of her husband, she is now able to express her passion in creating Mexican dishes. She takes pride in the preparation and presentation of every meal and looks forward to sharing her passion for food with you.
