The menu uses market-fresh and seasonal ingredients, evoking the European countryside. Fraiche in Santa Monica opened in early 2010 with a fundraiser for the Concern Foundation, which benefits cancer research, a personal cause for owners Amir Ohebsion and Keith Fox. This is the second location of Fraiche, which originally opened in Culver City.
