At Fortress Termite Co, we are committed to serving our community through Covid-19. During this unprecedented time, the safety of our customers and staff continues to be our utmost priority. As a state-designated essential business, we are enacting the following policies effective immediately, in order to comply with ALL government mandates and guidelines, while still continuing to serve your termite needs as we move into swarming season: -ALL inspections, treatments, maintenance policies, warranty, and fumigation services will remain available. -Upon arrival, you will be asked if anyone in your household has been sick in the past two weeks. -During exterior services please maintain a distance of 6ft from your serviceman. -During interior services your serviceman will wear a mask, gloves, and booties; however occupants will need to remain outside while the inspection/service is performed. -Quotes, contracts and documents will be provided by email; all questions will be answered thoroughly via phone call or email. -Please ensure the structure and its perimeter is tidy at the time of appointment to help your serviceman complete his work as efficiently as possible.
