History

Dirk and Carrie started the journey in January of 2015 and shortly after that they became part of a 100 children's lives. We are planning to make many more kids healthy and happy in the coming years!

Specialties

We have taught Safe, Fun and Quality gymnastics for more than 30 years! The FDG program is an educational gymnastics program for children. It provides the basic building blocks for becoming a focused, discerning and grounded person!
