Established in 1979, Flora Vista Elementary School has been recognized three times as a California Distinguished School. The public school provides instruction for children in kindergarten through sixth grade. It also offers early intervention and YMCA preschool programs. In addition to traditional academics, it provides computer, dance and music programs.
