After completing an HVAC Tech school in 1989, Douglas spent many years working in the field for other local HVAC Companies as well as Universal Studies and Ventura College as the HVAC Tech. In 2002, he decided he had more to offer to the Community in which he grew up in and Fairweather Heating & Air became his reality.
