Moses dreamed as a young boy in Nigeria of reaching great heights, which he did in 1992 as the captain of the Nigerian boxing team. Afterward, Moses built up a pro record of 18-2 with one draw, winning two world championship belts in the process. He also was the Canadian national super lightweight champion. Upon retiring from boxing, Moses went on to become a valued sparring partner for world champions such as Floyd Money Mayweather, Jr., Oscar de la Hoya, Miguel Gonzales and Wilfredo Rivera. After becoming a top fitness instructor, Moses established EXF Boxing and Kickboxing Academy. While many of our members really enjoy our boxing and kickboxing classes for their cardio pace, you can also work on your technique in our other classes. Taught by Moses James, this class includes jumping rope boxer-style, boxing combinations, and abs, shoulder, and back exercises. You'll need boxing gloves and wraps for this class. You can bring your own and they are also sold at the gym for your convenience. If you are looking for a cross-training workout that strengthens, burns fat, builds lean muscle, and develops endurance, then this class is for you!Nicole Carne's fusion kickboxing class is a high cardio experience where you can burn up to 800 calories with elements of aerobics, core work, and great music.Lose weight and get toned by taking lessons with us at our gym. Our classes include boxing and kickboxing conditioning classes, instructional sparring, boxing tecnique, kangoo jumps, and extreme body blast! Personal training is also available. Nicole's classes are held on Monday and Wednesday evenings from 5:20 to 6:20 pm.Moses' classes are held on Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m
