Daily physical activity is an essential component for our overall health and wellness. We live in a society with a fast paced mentality where convenience means instant gratification. Finding the time and motivation to work out sometimes falls to the bottom of our priorities with all our responsibilities including family, friends, work, and school. However, we only get one BODY and it's important to make one's health at the top of our to-do lists. The following are 4 reasons to choose Every BODY's Fit....
1.) Small class sizes - Each class has a maximum of 10 people which allows the instructor to focus on each member's technique and progress throughout the class. A relationship is formed with the instructor which allows the member to experience the support and answers to any of their questions and needs. Members feel a sense of community and team work as they are better able to familiarize themselves with other members in this smaller environment.
2.)Individualized programs - One size does not fit all when it comes to our body types, eating habits, and mentality towards enduring exercise. At Every BODY's Fit the trainer customizes a program for each member based on their goals, needs, health issues, and nutrition. Each member will have their body fat percentage, body mass index, and circumference measurements taken. A nutrition plan is also provided based on caloric needs of the member and their fitness goals.
3.)Accountability - Each member is able to schedule their Personal Training and Group Classes on the website's Member Portal. This locks in an "appointment" for the member. The member has made a commitment to be at Every BODY's Fit at a set time on a set day, so there's no procrastinating. It is easy to become distracted or find other tasks to avoid heading to the gym when it doesn't matter what time we go. Then time gets away from us and working out has again fallen to the bottom of our to-do list. Knowing you are committing an hour out of your day for your training session or class holds you accountable and motivated.
4.)Life Coach Motivator - The instructor is a constant reinforcement in each member's life. Smaller classes and individualized training allows the trainer to focus on YOU. This means the instructor cares if you miss a training session or class. Each member's progress is assessed on a monthly basis to track measurements and nutritional management. It is important to understand how each member feels about their program and give recognition to every aspect of progress towards their goals.
