History
The restaurant was opened when the plaza was developed sometime in the mid 1990's and became popular family style Korean restaurant that offered authentic flavors which was one of few in San Fernando Valley. The restaurant has had 4 different owners since the opening. The restaurant became very successful with the it's second owner and became well known in the SF valley and received recognition in local newspaper for its authentic flavors. The current owner took over the restaurant in 2005 and works both in the kitchen and the floor to introduce great flavors and family oriented services.
Specialties
We use fresh ingredients and products and NO MSG. Our soups are savory and hearty especially our Sa Rong Tang (Beef Bone Soup). Try our fresh and flavorful mackerel. Other customer favorites other than the usual favorites (BBQ ribs, etc.) are: Dae Goo Jo Rim (cod fish with radish), hae mul pa jun (assorted seafood pancake), nak jee bok um (pan fried octopus), and many of our lunch specials. And of course our pan chan dishes are always fresh and plentiful so feel free to ask for more. If you don't know what to try, ask us and we'll find something that will suit your taste.
