Formed in 1952, Epworth United Methodist Church is an active intergenerational faith community. Sunday worship is a time of celebration with joyous music, inspirational and challenging messages, and a time of sharing and prayer in community. Epworth United Methodist Church is part of the Reconciling Ministries Network that welcomes all people in the journey of faith. Based in Berkeley, Calif., the church provides programs for children and youth, including playgroups, safe sanctuary, Godly play Sunday school, children's activities, youth Sunday school, youth activities, children's council and nursery care.
