HistoryThe owners, Randy and Craig, owned consulting businesses. We were helping small businesses to grow. In 2017 we both became members of a mastermind group. We were astonished to see how membership in that group accomplished fast change in the members. We decided to expand the idea and open more chapters. In January of 2018, we opened the first chapter of SoCal Masterminds and we now have three. We plan to open at least seven more in the Inland Empire, Pomona Valley, OC, and down to Temecula. We may eventually go to Santa Monica, the Valley, Long Beach, and even San Diego.SpecialtiesMost MasterMind groups require the members to be CEO's and have at least $1,000,000 in sales. We work with start ups, companies who have much less than $1,000,000 in sales, and independent professionals who may be contractors (1099) or employees (W2) such as mortgage brokers, realtors, insurance agents, and sales agents for major companies. We are looking for independent business people who want to grow their sales and profits, and help others to do the same.
