He was the Director of Operations for Northern California and Nevada for Target Stores and was the Director of Business to Business sales and service in the Northwest for CompUSA. He specializes in diagnosing and correcting employee performance processes that inhibit productivity and drain morale. He has spent the past ten years working with employers of all sizes. Most business owners know what they want to occur, just not how to build processes that achieve those results efficiently, cost effectively, and while staying compliant. That is Todd's greatest strength: his strategic style finds innovative solutions to employer challenges that achieve remarkable results. Aaron's career started in the Loss Control department of a leading staffing company. He quickly proved his ability to handle regulatory agencies such as OSHA and the Workers' Compensation Insurance Rating Bureau. As a Certified Safety Professional ( CSP ) and Human Resource Executive with 12 years of experience, he has helped protect employees from injury and employers from costly claims. Specializing in Occupational Safety and Health, workers' compensation, Department of Transportation, environmental protection, Department of Labor, unemployment disputes, and employee behavior he has a proven track record of positively affecting the bottom line. Aaron utilizes proven, yet proprietary, techniques in improving and controlling Experience Modifier rates, developing and implementing cutting edge safety programs, and aggressively managing Unemployment Insurance, Labor Board, and Workers' Compensation claims. Leveraging his expertise and leadership abilities, John now serves as Employer's Guardian's Director of Business Development. He brings a focused collection of skill sets to Employer's Guardian. John started his career with a Bachelors of Science degree in Industrial Technology from California Polytechnic State University in San Luis Obispo, Ca. with an emphasis in Industrial Training. Continuing his passion for education and excellence, John committed to and received his Masters of Business Administration from Saint Mary's College of California in Moraga, Ca. With over ten years of management experience, John brings substantial sales & marketing, organizational behavior, and business strategy knowledge to Employer's Guardian and its clients. Managing a $20MM division within a $5.2B industrial distribution company, John led his division to achieve a 29.8% CAGR in nine years through innovative marketing and business strategies, including acquisition analysis and integration. John possess the ability and aptitude to speak to all levels of business. When assessing an owner's status with labor laws, including OSHA compliance, John uses integrity to determine the risks and present potential solutions. Tracy oversees the payroll operations of Employer's Guardian. This includes the timely input of our clients' payroll data to ensure exceptional and accurate levels of service.
