El Cubano began with a food truck, which grew into a physical location. The team consists of Dayron Mazon, the owner and his mother Magalys Grulla who cooks traditional and authentic home-cooked Cuban cuisine. They immigrated from Havana, Cuba in 2010 and are excited to introduce Cuban food and culture to San Diego. El Cubano Restaurant delivers authentic Cuban food and delicious Caribbean cuisine to San Diego's North County.
